Your future teams are developing Nokia 3GPP mainstream radio technology products and solutions including cross-technology responsibility (Multi Radio Access Technology).
Your unit’s main priorities are flawless execution of System programs including Network Management & Optimization and attached services.
Position: Test Engineer Trainee
Duration: Part-time 6h/day
Location: On-site in Timisoara, Romania
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Analyze system concepts and complex product features, proposing relevant test scenarios to ensure seamless functionality
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and scripts, with a focus on improving test coverage and efficiency
• Contribute to the automation strategy and frameworks, supporting the team’s priority on Automation activities
• Build, integrate, and maintain test environments that simulate real-world scenarios
• Execute both manual and automated test cases on real equipment and accurately report results
• Identify, document, and track defects to improve overall product quality
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, system engineers, and test specialists) to drive continuous improvement
• Take initiative and act independently in routine tasks, ensuring efficient and reliable workflows
  

Key Skills And Experience
Must have:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master’s university degree in Electronics and Telecommunication/Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledge of software quality, system integration, verification, and test methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Good communication and reporting skills (written and verbal)
• Team player, comfortable working in distributed/multi-site environments
• Interest in automation, testing, and modern technology trends
  

Nice to have:

• Programming knowledge in Python and/or C++
• Knowledge of test automation tools or frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and related tools
• Fast learner, open to acquiring and sharing new competencies within the team
