The Opportunity

Are you a motivated student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in risk management within a fast-growing FinTech environment?

At Worldline, we are shaping the world of payments—and that comes with managing risk responsibly. The Third Party Risk (TPR) function is part of our broader Risk Management team, focused on ensuring that risks related to customers, vendors, and business partners are properly identified, assessed, and monitored.

As a Third Party Risk Intern, you will gain exposure to real-world risk management practices, support key processes, and collaborate with experienced professionals. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to build foundational knowledge in risk, compliance, and financial services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support customer due diligence activities under guidance from senior team members
• Assist in reviewing processes to help identify potential risks and existing controls
• Provide support in third-party risk management activities, including assessments and documentation
• Contribute to risk awareness initiatives and internal training activities
• Help prepare risk reports and dashboards to support decision-making by stakeholders
• Participate in risk assessment workshops and take notes/action items
• Track follow-ups on action items and support monitoring of risk mitigation plans

Who Are We Looking For

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field
• Strong interest in risk management, compliance, or financial services
• Curiosity about technology and how it impacts business risk
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Practical experience in Third Party Risk Management within a global FinTech company
• Exposure to risk frameworks, tools, and real business scenarios
• Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals
• Opportunity to develop analytical, communication, and organizational skills
