Position: Investor Relations Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Investor Relations Manager to
join our team. This is a senior role with significant responsibility for managing
communication between the company and its investors.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead all aspects of investor relations and act as the primary point of contact for
shareholders, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
● Work closely with external partners such as notaries, lawyers, and banks to
ensure accurate documentation and smooth financial processes.
● Review, analyze, and interpret real estate purchase and lease contracts to
provide clear insights for management and investors.
● Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory
requirements.
● Provide management with market insights and investor feedback to support
strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
● Advantageous to have a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business
administration or a related field.
● A legal background (Law degree) or prior experience working with / for a
notary is a strong advantage.
● Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or financial reporting.
● Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and real estate
contracts (purchase and lease agreements).
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly
present data and insights.
● High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
● Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
● High level English.
