What you bring
➤ Completed higher education
➤ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is an advantage
Strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, with a solution-oriented approach
➤ Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
What will you do
> Issuing invoices and monitoring payment collection
Reviewing and analyzing import-related documentation
➤ Ensuring consistency between invoicing activities and client-submitted documents
Monitoring import container status and issuing line releases, as applicable
➤ Maintaining effective communication with clients and relevant MSC Shipping departments to ensure the smooth execution of import operations
