• Performing and ensuring that all process work is carried out according to internal procedures and regulations, accurately recorded and reported, in an effective and efficient manner;
• Providing input for improving department activity, finding new solutions in accordance with the team objectives & business requirements;
• Supporting the identification of potential risks in area of expertise and proposes solutions for risk mitigation;
• Supporting the internal activities for regular maintenance of Accounts Receivable procedures, training materials and processes description;
• Performing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities;
• Ensuring compliance and internal controls with regards to finance&accounting processes (e.g. end-to-end process compliance for Accounts Receivable process);
• Contributing to projects and initiatives for improving department activities;
• Preparing accurate and within deadline the monthly reporting packages, provides support in audit requests;
• Providing support for requests from internal stakeholders and internal&external customers;
• Implementing measures to improve the standardization and optimization of Accounts Receivable processes within the Group.
