Description
In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of Networks, IP & Security and Lifecycle projects, ensuring successful implementation from concept through to live service while supporting the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic and business-critical projects within the Connectivity portfolio
• Manage projects end-to-end – from concept and planning through to implementation and live service
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Support Lifecycle projects aligned with the CTO roadmap and strategic priorities
• Ensure clear communication of project progress and status to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams across Strategy, Engineering, Partnerships, and Business units
• Support PMO processes and mentor developing Project Managers where required
  

What We’re Looking For

• Degree educated (or equivalent industry experience)
• Proven experience in Project Management within technical or telecom environments
• Ability to lead teams of technical and professional specialists
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate cost vs. benefit and project outcomes
• Ability to understand technical environments and communicate project impacts across the delivery lifecycle
• Experience preparing business cases, proposals, and scenario analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
