What we are looking for:
- Main point of contact for IT reseller partners, IT distributors, and IT integrators
- Acquisition of new customers and potential business partners, both by phone and through face-to-face meetings
- Ongoing consulting and support for the existing reseller network
- Independent development and implementation of effective sales strategies and concepts
- Preparation of tailor-made financing solutions and offers
- Responsibility for revenue generation and business development within your assigned territory
- Decision-making regarding financing requests within the scope of your approval authority
What will help you succeed in this role:
- Solid experience in sales/commercial roles within the IT industry, such as IT vendors, resellers, distributors, or integrators
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Passion for sales and for building long-term relationships with partners and customers
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and collaborative mindset
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Results-driven and proactive attitude
- Availability for business travel within Romania
