We're looking for an IT Administrator to own our company's software ecosystem. You'll manage Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, and password management across 160 people in 40+ countries - and build automations that make everything run smoother.
This is an individual contributor role with full ownership. No infrastructure, no networking, no hardware - just software administration and workflow automation.
What You'll Own
Software Administration

• Google Workspace: organizational units, groups, shared drives, security settings
• Slack: channels, permissions, apps, retention policies
• Trello, password managers, and other SaaS tools
• Domain settings, data retention, backup strategies
  

User Lifecycle

• Onboarding: provisioning accounts, configuring access, secure credential distribution
• Offboarding: revoking access, archiving accounts, security audits
• Maintaining Google Directory as single source of truth for permissions
  

Security & Compliance

• Password management policies and 2FA/MFA enforcement
• Regular access reviews and security audits
• Incident response when things go wrong
  

Automation

• Building workflows with n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom solutions
• Integrating platforms via APIs (Google, Slack, Trello)
• Scripting repetitive tasks away with Python, JavaScript, or Bash
  

Subscription Management

• Tracking licenses, eliminating waste, ensuring compliance
• Managing renewals and vendor relationships
  

Documentation & Support

• Internal knowledge base and user guides
• First-line support for access issues and troubleshooting
• Training sessions for new tools and security practices
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years managing SaaS platforms (Google Workspace experience required)
• Hands-on experience administering Slack, Trello, or similar tools
• Built automations with n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts
• API integration experience (Google Directory API, Slack API, etc.)
• Scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, or Bash
• Strong understanding of access management and security principles
• Excellent documentation skills - you write things down clearly
• Can work independently and prioritize across multiple requests
• Based in Europe or Southeast Asia preferred (timezone alignment)
