Stefanini is hiring an IT Analyst (Adoption & Change Management), experienced with Copilot projects, to join one of our clients operating in Poland.


  • Work model: hybrid, with 1 to 2 days on-site, per week, in the client’s offices located in Bucharest.


  • Project duration: 12 months minimum.


Role scope:

We’re looking for a proactive and organized IT Change Management & Adoption Specialist to join our client’s Digital Workplace & Collaboration (DW&C) team. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will support the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Digital Workplace tools across the company.

You will help employees develop new AI-driven ways of working through clear communication, engaging training, and strong community support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys simplifying technology, building user-friendly experiences, and working with diverse global teams.

Role Responsibilities and Deliverables:


Microsoft 365 + Copilot Adoption:

  • Support the rollout, onboarding, and continuous enablement of M365 Copilot & other Digital Workplace tools across markets and functions.
  • Manage user communities and engagement channels
  • Translate new products and features into simple guidance and learning materials
  • Respond to user questions and help guide them


Training & Enablement:

  • Deliver live sessions, demos, and office hours.
  • Create training content (presentations, guides, videos, FAQs, workshops).
  • Maintain and update internal platforms and resources.


Community & Communication:

  • Manage global DW&C communities and drive engagement.
  • Create user-friendly content (SharePoint pages, banners, posts).
  • Monitor feedback to identify training needs and opportunities.


Change Management Support:

  • Support champions networks and communities of practice.
  • Help run events such as Ask-Me-Anything sessions, AI days, open-door days, and global workshops.


Operational & Project Support:

  • Track adoption metrics, engagement insights, and training performance.
  • Deliver recurring communications and updates on time.
  • Collaborate closely with IT product teams, global stakeholders, and business partners.


Role Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Change Management, Communications, Digital Workplace, Training, or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technology in simple, engaging ways.
  • Experience creating and delivering training (virtual and/or in-person).
  • Confidence in managing communities and engaging large audiences.
  • Solid understanding of Copilot and M365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work, prioritize, and deliver high-quality outputs quickly.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment is a nice-to-have.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with video editing, graphic creation tools, or learning design.
