What you’ll do:

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Analyze and clarify requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
• Understand and document system integrations, data flows and dependencies
• Manage and refine the product backlog and support Agile delivery
• Act as a bridge between business, development and QA teams
• Use AI tools as part of your daily BA work to improve analysis quality, identify gaps, risks and edge cases
• Contribute to AI‑driven features and support their integration into the product lifecycle.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Proxy Product Owner
• Strong analytical skills and experience with complex business rules and integrations
• Solid understanding of Agile ways of working
• Hands‑on experience using AI in Business Analysis (AI skills are a must)
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, or other AI coding tools
• Critical thinking when working with AI outputs and awareness of data privacy
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
