Specific activity:

• Act as the contact between the business and development teams.
• Interact with business teams to clarify requirements and analyze its impact.
• Elaborate and document functional and partial technical specifications.
• Work with Agile methodologies.
• Define use cases and UAT scenarios.
• Identify, write, validate test cases and perform IT testing.
• Analyze and fix identified bugs with developers.
• Develop POC (proof-of-concept) and facilitate workshops/ demos/ presentations accordingly on our solutions.
• Proactively manage stakeholder’s expectations ensuring realistic achievable targets are set and managed.
• Become a trusted advisor for the client to help them to identify new ways of working and encourage cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Basic technical knowledge: APIs, understand and built specific SQL queries.
• Provide post-implementation support when needed.
