We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to temporarily replace a team member during maternity leave. The role focuses on supporting finance‑related IT systems (notably SAP/CoFiCo), statutory initiatives such as e‑invoicing, and acting as a key interface between business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, structured documentation (e.g., Business Requirement Documents, procedures, how‑to guides)
• Support finance and controlling IT systems, with a strong focus on SAP/CoFiCo‑related processes and interfaces
• Coordinate business‑side activities for legally driven IT initiatives (e.g., B2B e‑invoicing mandates)
• Act as a point of contact for incidents and system issues, supporting clarification and resolution in cooperation with IT and central teams
• Prepare and maintain system, process, and landscape documentation
• Communicate and align with local business users, central IT teams, and international stakeholders.
• Support and organize regular status updates as well as ad‑hoc meetings as required

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role in an IT & finance environment
• Hands‑on experience with requirements documentation and process analysis
• Understanding of finance, accounting, or controlling processes
• Experience working with enterprise IT systems and interfaces (SAP/Fiori exposure is an advantage)
• Ability to coordinate topics across multiple stakeholders and countries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with statutory or compliance‑driven IT changes (e‑invoicing, reporting mandates)
• Prior exposure to SAP/CoFiCo or similar finance solutions
• Experience in international or matrix organizations
