What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Analyze business processes and propose optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver real value.
• Prepare technical and business studies, user documentation, and testing scenarios.
• Test new functionalities and support acceptance testing before release.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Continuously improve procedures and contribute to building reliable, future‑proof systems.
  

What We’re Looking For

• A university degree is a plus, preferably in IT or a technical field, but it is not mandatory. Relevant professional experience can substitute for formal studies.
• Minimum 2 years if you have worked on projects with public institutions, or a minimum of 5 years if your experience is in the private sector
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with Java applications and Oracle databases (preferred).
• Familiarity with software development standards and methodologies.
• Ability to understand technical language and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to prioritize tasks.
