We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead discovery, requirements engineering and solution analysis for strategic initiatives.

If you'll join our team, you will be challenged to:

• Translate complex business needs into clear, scalable and traceable requirements.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Drive backlog refinement and alignment across Business, Product, Architecture and Engineering teams.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes, integrations, data flows and cross-system dependencies.
• Perform impact analysis, identify risks and help shape solution design decisions.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, build stakeholder alignment and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical practices and standards.
• Lead complex initiatives involving multiple products, systems and delivery teams.
• Drive cross-functional discussions and build stakeholder alignment on high-impact business and technology decisions.
• Ensure traceability between business needs, requirements, solution design and delivered outcomes.
• Promote innovation by leveraging AI to enhance analysis, impact assessment, documentation quality and decision-making while ensuring responsible and secure usage.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Solid experience in defining requirements for technology platforms within the banking sector.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale programs and multiple projects in parallel within a regulated environment.
• Experience operating as Business analyst, Proxy Product Owner within complex business and technology environments.
• Familiarity with banking products, processes and technology ecosystems, or equivalent experience gained within other complex industries.
• Expertise in business analysis techniques, process modelling and solution design.
• Experience working with complex integrations, APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Experience performing impact analysis and managing dependencies across systems, teams and business domains.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Experience partnering with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams to define scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery practices.
• Practical experience using AI in business analysis activities, combined with strong critical thinking, prompt design skills and understanding of privacy, security and responsible AI principles.
• Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex business and technology challenges.
