You will work with our customers to design the payment systems of tomorrow. In the process, you will learn about many disciplines of system development, allowing you to grow into an expert.Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesBeing an IT Business Analyst for a specific instance of our “Worldline Pay Front Office” software suite that processes the Authorization and Switching of electronic paymentsAct as an expert for the instance internally and externally and be the primary contact for queries related to the specific instanceWork closely with product management, software architecture and management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolioManage the stakeholders and their expectationsDevelop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development teamSupport the DevOps Sqaud with the story estimates and sequencingBuild and maintain the Squad backlog, including the user stories, enablers and defectsDefine and validate acceptance criteria (based on Definition of Ready & Definition of Done) and evaluate the Sprint result based on thatParticipate in team demo and retrospectiveAssure conceptual and technical integrity of the Product Features is kept at all timeKeep an overview on common product related activities. Link different topics and detect dependencies to work on solutions to resolve these with the corresponding teamsAcquire and maintain a solid knowledge of the technologies used for our product developmentConfigure the platform via SQLWork on incident resolutionTraining and education of other team membersWho Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers. In practice this means:University degree (master / bachelor) in computer science or similar qualificationMinimum 5 years work experience in IT services and software development, preferably in the area of electronic paymentsGood experience working in an complex and international environmentExperience with (scaled) agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, etc.) and/or DevOPsAbility to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goalAbility to work in dynamic situations with short timelines and strict deadlinesStructured and analytical way of working and distinct ability to do presentationsKnowledge about payment domain and/or cloud services and/or Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment would be beneficialStrong team player able to listen and communicate at eye level with all stakeholders and team membersBasic Linux knowledge as User, C++ Code reading capabilities for Analysis purpose and SQL reading and writing capabilities combined with basis shell scripting capabilitiesExperience with Cloud Environments and or Cloud based Applications is beneficialPractical experience in applying AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows or business analysis processes is considered a plus.
