We’re looking for a proactive IT Business Manager to drive growth, manage client accounts, and ensure smooth project delivery. This is a hands-on role bridging business strategy and software execution.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business in software development, dedicated teams, and nearshore outsourcing.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to design proposals and engagement models.
• Lead negotiations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support teams to remove blockers and ensure successful project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years in IT services sales, software companies, IT recruitment, or staffing.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, outsourcing, and software delivery lifecycles.
• Proven track record in sales and account growth.
• Self-starter, confident, independent, and highly communicative.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
