Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Manager with solid experience in the IT industry, someone who understands software development services, market dynamics, engagement models, and the language of technology. You will work closely with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to create new business opportunities, maintain active accounts, and ensure successful collaboration throughout the entire lifecycle of a project.

This is a core team role, and we are looking for someone who brings value, drive, and a positive presence to our sales and delivery organization.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify, source, and develop new business opportunities in nearshore outsourcing, dedicated teams, and custom software development.

• Handle both inbound leads and direct outreach, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.

• Prepare technical and financial proposals aligned with client needs, scope, and delivery capabilities.

• Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with prospective clients.

• Validate client needs and collaborate with delivery teams to create feasible engagement models.


Account Growth & Relationship Management

• Manage and expand existing accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and continuous value creation.

• Work with clients throughout the engagement, acting as the central point of communication between them and the delivery teams.

• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or team expansion.


Delivery Support & Team Collaboration

• Build and support high-performing delivery teams, ensuring the right match of skills and experience.

• Stay closely connected to the people involved in delivery—help remove blockers, address challenges, and create optimal conditions for successful work.

• Participate in internal sales meetings, contribute positively to the team culture, and support continuous improvement.


Candidate Profile


Experience & Background

• 2–5+ years of experience in IT services sales, IT recruitment agencies, staffing companies, or software development firms.

• Strong understanding of IT services, dedicated teams, outsourcing models, and the software development lifecycle.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Clear and realistic reasons for past job transitions.

• Ability to provide references from previous employers (preferably the employer before the current one, or a verified LinkedIn reference).


Skills & Attributes

• Self-starter, highly motivated, and proactive.

• Dynamic personality with strong ownership and independence (not someone needing continuous mentoring to perform).

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Positive attitude and a “can-do” mindset.

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to a healthy, constructive team culture.
