What we are looking for:

• Main point of contact for IT reseller partners, IT distributors, and IT integrators
• Acquisition of new customers and potential business partners, both by phone and through face-to-face meetings
• Ongoing consulting and support for the existing reseller network
• Independent development and implementation of effective sales strategies and concepts
• Preparation of tailor-made financing solutions and offers
• Responsibility for revenue generation and business development within your assigned territory
• Decision-making regarding financing requests within the scope of your approval authority

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Solid experience in sales/commercial roles within the IT industry, such as IT vendors, resellers, distributors, or integrators
• Proven B2B sales experience
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Passion for sales and for building long-term relationships with partners and customers
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and collaborative mindset
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Results-driven and proactive attitude
• Availability for business travel within Romania
