Role Purpose

IT Configuration Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow to lead and manage the CMDB service. Responsible for maintaining CMDB integrity, ensuring accurate representation of CIs and relationships to support ITIL processes. Oversees governance, accuracy, and integrity of ServiceNow CMDB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CMDB service within ServiceNow.
• Ensure governance, accuracy, and integrity of CMDB data.
• Define and enforce CMDB policies and standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain CI relationships supporting ITIL processes.
• Monitor and report on CMDB health and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement of CMDB processes and tools.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to configuration analysts.
• Work closely with Change, Incident, and Problem Management teams to ensure data alignment.

Person Specification

Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITIL framework knowledge, strong analytical and governance skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities.
