Position Overview:

Are you skilled in IT solutions and ready to tackle production-related challenges? Heraeus is seeking an experienced IT Consultant (m/f/d) to specialize in CAQ and SAP PDM applications. Bring your expertise and drive impactful solutions across our global business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively on IT topics related to production, developing cohesive strategies and enhancing ownership within Heraeus business units.
• Support projects related to the introduction and expansion of validated applications, especially in CAQ and SAP PDM domains.
• Manage international stakeholder relationships, understanding worldwide business needs to design tailored solutions.
• Provide second-level and occasional third-level support for IT applications under your purview.
• Oversee external consultants and service providers, while managing aspects of budget, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Proactively participate in the development and assessment of functional designs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable IT qualification.
• Expertise in CAQ software, ideally LIMS (iLES, Labware or other) or MasterControl (DMS), with solid software validation and SQL skills (mandatory)
• Familiarity with SAP ERP, SAP QM, and SAP PDM (CAD connections to SAP ERP) is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience in working with international teams.
• Independent, responsible work style and strong team collaboration skills.
