You will support production users in their daily work, take ownership of regression testing, coordinate with consultants, developers, and external partners, and help turn business requirements into practical IT solutions.What you will do:Support business users with production-related applications and processesProvide day-to-day support for SAP PP and related production applicationsAnalyze and resolve incidents, problems, and service requestsOwn and coordinate regression testing activitiesSupport releases, bug fixes, system changes, and continuous improvementsManage and enhance document management systems used in productionCapture, analyze, and document business requirementsMaintain technical and process documentationIdentify opportunities to improve application functionality, performance, and processesWhat you bring:A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in IT consulting, application support, or a similar roleA good understanding of production processesKnowledge of SAP production planning or production execution; experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly valuedExperience with SAP ECC, master data, regression testing, test coordination or document management systems is an advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA structured, independent, proactive, and service-oriented way of workingThe willingness to take long-term ownership of applications supporting production operationsStrong communication skills in English; German is an advantageWhy this role matters:Your work will directly support the stability of production operations while helping us evolve our systems and processes for the future.
