Jobwell Romania is hiring an IT Coordinator for Timisoara location.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Coordinator to lead the IT Department and ensure that all technology systems support the company’s operations, efficiency, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the IT Department, ensuring high-quality service across the organization.
• Define and implement the company’s IT strategy, aligning technologies with business objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure: servers, networks, security, cloud services, ERP systems, and business applications.
• Ensure system availability, cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with internal and external policies.
• Manage IT projects such as digitalization, automation, and infrastructure modernization.
• Supervise budgets, asset management, vendor relationships, and SLA performance.
• Provide guidance and support to the IT team and ensure efficient collaboration with all departments.
• Act as the main point of contact for all IT-related decisions and escalations.

Requirements:

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience in IT management or senior IT infrastructure roles.
• Solid knowledge of networks, servers, cybersecurity, cloud environments, and business systems (ERP, O365, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
