Your Mission as IT Support Specialist
Join our IT professional services team and be the first line of defense for our clients’ IT needs:
- Deliver Level 1-2 support across hardware, software, and networking with professionalism and precision
- Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and network devices
- Manage and prioritize user requests, escalate complex issues, and ensure swift resolutions
- Collaborate with senior teams to solve challenging problems and improve service delivery
- Provide clear, user-friendly communication in English
- Follow defined processes and maintain service levels to guarantee client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, enhancing team efficiency and user self-help

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 1+ year experience in Level 1 and 2 IT support roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11, Office 365, SharePoint, hardware, and networking
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly
- Self-driven and able to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to follow structured procedures and work well across IT functions
