- Fluency in English.
- Experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a real-time or live operations environment.
- Experience in technical support, equipment maintenance, or similar roles, ideally in a gaming, casino, or live operations environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, networking, and software issues.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques for proactive issue detection.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT compliance.
- Hands-on experience with gaming equipment or other live operational hardware, such as cameras, monitors, tables, and mechanical components.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and technical issues.
- Ability to ensure that equipment is calibrated and maintained to meet high standards of performance and compliance.
- Clear communication skills to coordinate with technical teams, operators, and external vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to real-time equipment issues efficiently.
- Understanding of live casino gaming equipment, including hardware, electronics, and software.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and technical troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards regarding gaming equipment (e.g., fairness, responsible gaming, and security).
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays, to support live operations.
Responsabilitati
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide first-line support for IT systems, networks, and software to ensure the smooth operation of live casino sessions.
- Respond to real-time incidents and troubleshoot technical issues that arise, working to quickly resolve disruptions in the player experience.
- Escalate more complex IT issues to the IT Tech Manager, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
IT Infrastructure Maintenance:
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and storage systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and without disruption.
- Assist in performing regular checks on the IT environment to ensure high performance, availability, and redundancy of critical systems.
- Collaborate with the IT Tech Manager to support backup and disaster recovery procedures for all critical systems.
Software and Systems Support:
- Provide support for software deployments and configurations, ensuring all systems are optimized for live casino operations.
- Ensure that software used in live operations is functioning correctly and escalate any issues with compatibility or performance to higher-level support.
- Keep track of software updates and ensure smooth rollouts with minimal impact on operations.
Cybersecurity and Compliance:
- Follow established IT security protocols to safeguard systems and data.
- Monitor system access and ensure only authorized users have the necessary permissions.
- Report any potential security threats or vulnerabilities to the IT Tech Manager.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of live casino games.
- Maintain clear communication with other IT team members, ensuring issues are properly documented and solutions are shared with the team.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss system performance, upcoming projects, and challenges.
- Provide technical guidance to operational staff regarding the correct handling and use of gaming equipment.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors when conducting equipment installations, repairs, or upgrades.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Log and track all technical support incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation of IT systems, software configurations, and incident logs.
- Provide input on reports concerning system performance, incidents, and any ongoing maintenance issues to the IT Tech Manager.
- Provide regular updates to the Gaming Equipment Admin Manager on equipment status, technical issues, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all gaming equipment, including calibration settings, service records, and technical specifications.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports related to gaming equipment performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
Gaming Equipment Setup and Calibration:
- Assist with the setup, installation, and calibration of gaming equipment, including tables, cameras, monitors, and live studio equipment.
- Ensure that all gaming tools (e.g., cards, chips) are properly prepared for use in live casino operations.
- Regularly inspect and calibrate equipment to ensure that it operates within required specifications, ensuring consistent performance.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on gaming equipment, following schedules established by the Gaming Equipment Admin Manager.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, including equipment malfunctions, hardware failures, or performance irregularities.
- Respond quickly to equipment-related incidents, resolving issues to minimize disruption to live operations.
Technical Support and Repairs:
- Provide real-time technical support to live studio operations, ensuring any equipment issues are addressed promptly.
- Work closely with the technical support team to carry out repairs, servicing, or adjustments to gaming equipment as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs or equipment replacement when necessary.
Compliance and Security:
- Follow procedures to ensure that all gaming equipment complies with internal security protocols and industry regulations, including fairness and responsible gaming standards.
- Assist in regular audits of gaming equipment, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Ensure that gaming tools (e.g., cards and chips) are properly managed, including secure handling and storage.
Inventory Management:
- Assist the Gaming Equipment Admin Manager with inventory management tasks, such as tracking equipment usage, logging maintenance activities, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Keep records of all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring accurate documentation of equipment performance, service histories, and warranties.
- Support in the safe handling, storage, and retrieval of gaming equipment, ensuring availability for operations.
