These will be your responsibilities:
- Discusses with business users and gathers business requirements
- Creates corresponding functional requirements as input for application design
- Delivers best-in-class, operable, and sustainable business solutions, ensuring an optimal balance and integration between the different elements: applications, infrastructure, data, business processes, business organization, IT organization
- Supports the Change Management team (communication, organizational transformation, provision of application training content for end users, etc.) during the project and post-implementation
- Creates test cases and follows the testing process according to the developed changes
- Provides day-to-day functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting (L2) for the Operating Company within the context of the overall Operational Support Organization, in liaison with the Centre of Excellence (L3) or external partners
- Proactively identifies and proposes business process and/or system enhancements to deliver additional business capabilities, supported by a clear business case, in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence
- Follows applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of applications within the responsible areas
- Follows procedures and creates documentation in accordance with the project management process
- Leads training sessions for end users, complementary to and in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence
You won't be doing this on your own, but with a team that likes working with and for people.
It’s necessary that you come up with:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or a technical field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project implementation (as a lead or expert)
- Previous experience in implementing projects within the HR area will be considered an asset
- Experience with relational databases using SQL
- Experience using API integrations and testing APIs with tools such as Postman
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Experience with ERP and/or HR systems, mainly in the areas of Payroll & Administration, Time & Attendance, will be considered an asset
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be considered an asset
- Ability to produce software/system design documentation
- Positive attitude and strong team player mindset
- Open-minded with excellent communication skills
- Ability to think by yourself and to take the right decision
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Goal-oriented, structured, and analytical mindset
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
