IT Internship
Your Responsibilities Can Range From

• The IT Analyst should be a customer oriented as they will be the first point of contact for our internal users that will be seeking for support.
• Provide technical support in the area of expertise.
• Sustaining on internal platforms.
• Will be involved on some projects (day-to-day work) - implementation, development, automation.
• Provides second-line investigation and diagnosis.
• Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines.
• Logs relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures.
• Communicates with customer regarding incident progress.
• Ensures tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved.
• Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales.
• Liaises with customer, other SLB IT support groups and 3rd party providers when necessary.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
  

You will be integrated into a multifunctional team from your very first day on the job and work on multiple projects.A mentor, manager or team leader with technical mastery in your area of study will give you best assistance, guiding you through your period of practical training with experience and advice.
Requirments

• IT/Digital related studies
• Windows 11, Office 365 & Teams skills
• Understanding TCP/IP addressing and subnetting basics
• Fluent in English
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Customer interface skills
