About the Job Role

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:

• IT Program Management o Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for program success and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of IT initiatives.
• IT Operations & Service Delivery o Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of all systems and services.
• Manage IT service delivery, incident/problem management, and continuous improvement of IT processes. o Ensure compliance with European IT regulations, including GDPR and cybersecurity standards.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Network Leadership o Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable network infrastructure across both locations.
• Ensure robust connectivity, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Oversee network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and access controls.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance network performance and security.
• Team & Stakeholder Management o Build and lead a high-performing, geographically distributed IT team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers in Europe.
• Act as the primary IT point of contact for European leadership and external auditors/regulators.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in program management and network operations in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of European IT regulations, GDPR, and cybersecurity standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Experience with cloud, hybrid, and on-premises network architectures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
