Responsibilities

• ERP Strategy & Management: Oversee and optimize ERP systems (IFS Applications, SAP, or Oracle) to ensure seamless business integration.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business units to translate complex requirements into scalable IT solutions.
• Infrastructure Excellence: Supervise IT infrastructure, network architecture, and system administration to ensure peak performance.
• Project Leadership: Drive full-lifecycle software development and system integration projects from conception to delivery.
• Operations & Governance: Manage external vendors, IT budgets, and lead SLA-based support teams (L1/L2).
• Resilience & Security: Enforce robust data security, backup protocols, and business continuity strategies.
• Innovation: Act as a catalyst for digital transformation, fostering a culture of innovation within the Bucharest office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven hands-on expertise in major ERP systems (experience with IFS Applications is a significant advantage).
• Prior experience in Construction, Health Information Management Systems (HIMS), or project-based industries is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and modern security standards.
• Proficiency in ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (Mandatory).
