Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operational activities related to data transfers.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents using the dedicated operational tool (OpCon).
• Ensure the proper execution of scheduled processes and data flows.
• Perform operational tasks and follow established support procedures.
• Work with file transfer protocols (FTP/SFTP) to support secure data exchanges.
• Analyze logs and identify the root cause of operational issues.
• Execute basic command-line operations in Shell and Windows Command Prompt when required.
• Collaborate with French-speaking teams to resolve incidents and ensure service continuity.
• Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions.

Requirements

• Advanced French (minimum B2) – mandatory.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, data flows, basic network concepts).
• Familiarity with data transfer processes and file exchange mechanisms.
• Basic knowledge of FTP/SFTP protocols and secure file transfers.
• Experience using FTP clients (such as FileZilla or similar).
• Comfortable working with command-line interfaces (Shell and/or Windows CMD).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly (OpCon).
• Good communication skills and ability to work within an international team.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in IT Support, Technical Support, Service Desk, Operations Support, or similar roles.
• Experience in incident management.
• Understanding of batch processing or job scheduling concepts.
