Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of social gaming and be part of a rapidly expanding team? We’re on the lookout for a talented IT Procurement and Asset Management Specialist to join our Patrianna LTD team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Procurement:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all IT hardware, software, and services, including soliciting quotes, negotiating pricing and contract terms with vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and ensure timely procurement of required assets.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing.
• Stay current with market trends and new technologies to make informed purchasing decisions.
  

IT Asset Management:

• Develop, implement, and maintain an IT asset management (ITAM) program, including policies, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and maintenance contracts, throughout their lifecycle.
• Track and manage assignment, and retirement of all IT assets.
• Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee the secure disposal of retired IT assets in accordance with company and environmental regulations.
  

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze reports on IT procurement and asset management activities to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for process improvement.
• Provide regular updates to management on asset inventory, procurement activities, and budget tracking.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in IT procurement and/or IT asset management.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and licensing models.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with IT asset management software and procurement systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)) are a plus.
• Ability to Collaborate with cross-functional teams in like minded goal driven projects with tight dead lines.
• Adept at liaising between multiple departments, fostering strong professional relationships to ensure strategic alignment and project synergy.
