Position Summary

This role serves as a vital bridge between the Global IT team and financial operations, ensuring the seamless management of IT procurement, budget tracking, and contract compliance. The IT Procurement Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, maintaining supplier relationships, and providing administrative excellence to support global IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and track Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices to ensure timely financial processing and maintain the PO lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on global IT spend using specialized procurement tools while contributing to end-to-end process adoption.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository, ensuring all IT suppliers adhere to legal compliance and supporting the transition of contracts between entities.
• Facilitate communication with regional IT leads in the EU and US to monitor in-country activities and support IT service requests.
• Resolve supplier invoicing issues, support accurate internal cost recharging, and provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.

Key Competencies

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a similar area, with a solid understanding of source-to-pay processes.

Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically 'Advanced' Excel; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with both suppliers and internal teams.

Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and a very high attention to detail.

Languages: Excellent command of English (written and verbal); proficiency in French is advantageous.

Strategic Knowledge: Experience with strategic IT procurement (RFx), contract management, and working in international/corporate environments is highly preferred.

Location Preference: Candidates residing in Romania or Bulgaria will be considered a plus.
