One Source Solutions is expanding our Timisoara operations team and looking for a detail-driven Procurement & Project Administrator to keep our purchasing and the project engine running with precision.

What You'll Do
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with hardware, software, and services suppliers
- Prepare and process purchase orders aligned with project specs and budgets
- Register and maintain all active projects in our internal management system
- Track milestones, flag risks, and generate status reports for management
- Coordinate between sales, pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams
- Support tenders, quotations, invoice validation, and IT asset lifecycle tracking
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in procurement, purchasing, or project administration
- Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or project management tools
- Solid knowledge of hardware, software licensing, and cloud services
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in Romanian & English
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to juggle multiple processes simultaneously
