Our client, a global leader within the reinsurance field, is hiring an IT Product Technical Support Process Lead for the brand-new Shared Business Platform (SBP) in Bucharest!
The key pillars for this role
- Product Framework: oversight of technical components, roadmap, documentation, and anticipation of obsolescence.
- Release Management: coordination of releases, CI/CD, integration, technical upgrades, and compliance (SOC2, security).
- Monitoring & ITSM: monitoring strategy, incident management (Level 2 & 3), performance, SOC2 evidence.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate solid experience in managing BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations for a complex technical platform.
While not required to be an expert in every technology, you should be able to understand and challenge technical choices and maintain operational stability, performance and service quality, working closely with multiple stakeholder teams. You will work on a strategic platform used globally by L&H markets to manage Life Individual business (Data exchange, bordereau management, medical UW, claims, individual retrocession)..
You are responsible of managing and coordinating transversal aspects of our product release and integration activities across multiple teams, environments, and stakeholders.
Mandatory skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT.
- Proven experience in software IT integration on complex and integrated systems.
- Release experience: expertise on planning, coordinating and executing software releases.
- Incidents handling (level 2 & 3) and service quality improvement.
- Experience in international and matrixed environments.
- Solid architecture knowledge in this area or equivalent: Java J2EE development, .net framework, front-end technologies (Angular, JavaScript, JSON) and REST, SOAP, API.
