Job description:

We are looking for a highly experienced IT Program Manager to lead large-scale, multi location IT programs across infrastructure, cloud, and transformation initiatives. The role will handle end-to-end program governance, delivery excellence, financial performance, and stakeholder management across global teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple interdependent IT programs across infrastructure, cloud, and workplace transformation domains.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies, ensuring successful achievement of business objectives.
• Establish and enforce program governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
• Monitor and manage program risks, escalations, and dependencies to secure seamless execution.
• Drive adoption of ModernOps, SRE, and DevOps methodologies, fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead cloud transformation initiatives (AWS/Azure), including FinOps alignment for optimized financial performance.
• Implement automation and AI-led efficiency enhancements, enabling standardized ways of working.
• Deliver measurable improvements in cost, productivity, and SLA performance through strategic initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate a multi-vendor transformation ecosystem, ensuring collaborative success across diverse stakeholders.
• Champion stakeholder management, providing clear communication, reporting, and alignment with customer expectations.

Profile description:

• 12–18+ years’ experience in IT, with a minimum of 8 years in program management of large-scale, complex IT programs.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud (AWS/Azure), and ITSM environments.
• Strong proficiency in program and portfolio management, including financial oversight and delivery excellence.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, and ModernOps methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Cloud certifications) are highly desirable.
