THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and technology transformation projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, a solid technical understanding of IT environments, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
OPPORTUNITIES

• You will
• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects — including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Oversee projects related to data centers, cloud migrations, network upgrades, system integrations, and end-user computing environments.
• Translate business and technical requirements into detailed infrastructure solutions in collaboration with IT operations, security, and external partners.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business and technology goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Identify infrastructure risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Monitor progress and performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and KPIs.
• Ensure projects comply with company security policies, data protection regulations, and IT governance standards.
• Facilitate meetings, maintain clear communication among stakeholders, and provide regular project updates.
• Support change management and deployment planning to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and promote best practices in infrastructure project management.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.
  

Skills
You should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains — including servers, networks, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), storage, and security.
• 3–7 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or technology deployment projects.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Foundation) is an advantage.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, and deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Fluent in English. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
