Together with our sister company Argenta, which designs and manufactures metal structures for industrial and utility projects, we're investing in a group-wide digitalization and IT consolidation program, and we need someone to drive it.We're looking for an IT Project Manager to coordinate the IT side of all group projects, with a key focus: integrating the IT ecosystems of newly acquired companies into the group.🔧 What you'll doLead the IT integration of newly acquired companies: assess their systems, plan the transition and bring infrastructure, applications, users and security to group standardsBuild and refine a repeatable IT integration playbook, so each new acquisition is integrated faster and with less disruption to operationsCoordinate the IT workstreams of other group projects across FSV and Argenta, including the wider IT consolidation roadmapManage vendors and integrators: requirements, planning, follow-up, acceptance and quality controlTrack timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies, and report clearly to managementMake sure security and compliance requirements (NIS2, GDPR) are built into every project from the startAct as the bridge between management, operations teams on site and technical specialists✅ What we're looking for3–5+ years of experience managing IT projects (infrastructure, security, ERP or systems integration)Experience with IT integration after mergers or acquisitions (systems migration, user and data transition, carve-outs) is a strong advantageSolid technical background: you understand servers, networks, backup and cloud well enough to challenge a vendorExperience coordinating external suppliers and multiple stakeholdersStructured, pragmatic, comfortable in industrial and operational environmentsFluent Romanian and good EnglishPMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is a plus, as is experience in energy, oil & gas, manufacturing or construction🌟 What we offerA key role in a group going through real transformation, with direct access to managementVisible impact: you'll help shape how IT works across the whole group and every company that joins itVaried projects: M&A integration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, operational technology and digital tools[Competitive package / contract type]Office in Bucharest, Piața Charles de Gaulle, with occasional travel to operational sites📩 Interested or know someone who fits?
