Role Overview

WeAsWeb is seeking an IT Recruiter (Entry-Level) to support our recruitment activities and contribute to the growth of our team. This role is ideal for individuals at the beginning of their career who are interested in human resources and the technology sector.

The selected candidate will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, while gaining practical experience in IT recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through job platforms, databases, and other relevant channels
• Review and screen CVs to assess candidate suitability
• Conduct initial screening interviews and provide structured feedback
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities
• Support the recruitment process in collaboration with the hiring team
