We are launching our operations in Romania and as we accelerate our growth, we are seeking a talented IT Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top technical talent in the market!

Your Mission

As the first IT Recruiter at Prime IT Romania, you will play a crucial role in building our technical teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled IT professionals. You'll work closely with our Business Manager teams to understand client requirements and ensure we have the right talent to meet market demands and support clients' goals. As our first recruitment hire, you'll establish and run our local recruitment operations while serving as the face of the company — with a clear path to grow into a department leadership role.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals across various technical disciplines including software development, engineering, data science, and digital solutions
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals
• Collaborate with the Country Director to understand staffing needs and client requirements
• Conduct initial technical screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Develop employer branding initiatives to position Prime IT as an employer of choice in the Romanian IT market
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market insights
• Stay informed about IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices in Romania

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, either agency-side or in-house
• Understanding of IT roles and technical skills across software development, engineering, and digital domains
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels and build talent pipelines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Romanian and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Proactive, resourceful approach with a passion for connecting talented people with great opportunities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
