We are looking for two IT Recruiters to join and extend our partner's team for a B2B collaboration. The projects will cover a wide range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles across various technologies
• Source, screen, and engage with candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain an active and relevant candidate pipeline
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
• Strong understanding of IT roles and general technology landscape
• Experience recruiting for multiple tech stacks (no specialization required)
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments is a plus
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
