What You Will Bring to Randstad Digital
As part of a young and dynamic team, your responsibilities will focus on IT recruitment for both the Luxembourg market and our dedicated European Institutions business unit.
Full Lifecycle Recruitment & Process Management:
- Sourcing & Talent Hunting: Identify, source, and headhunt new IT profiles across the board (Java/Web Developers, Data, BI, Support, Project Managers, etc.) utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition channels.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial qualitative screening, and schedule and lead first-round in-depth interviews to ensure only highly qualified candidates are presented to the teams.
- Rigorous Administrative Management: Meticulously review and adapt candidate CVs to the highly specific formats required by the market and European Institutions (a sharp eye for detail is mandatory).
- Talent Pools: Actively build, nurture, and maintain your network and talent pipelines to effectively anticipate market demands.
Communication & Reporting:
- Ensure smooth and regular communication with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, HR).
- Provide regular recruitment activity reports and updates via email to keep the core team well-informed.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador for Randstad Digital when engaging with candidates.

Our Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience recruiting within the IT consultancy sector (broad IT generalist knowledge).
- The Ultimate Asset: Prior experience recruiting for European Institutions is a major plus.
- Language Skills: Full fluency in French and an excellent level of English.
- Professional Qualities: You are proactive, reactive, highly organized, autonomous, and possess a critical eye for detail.
- Objective: Driven by challenges, you aim to achieve an average target of 2 hires per month.
