The ideal candidate

As an IT SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, the qualified candidate will be responsible for growing business by selling the company's solutions and services, as well as for searching for new sales leads, determining customer needs, overcoming objections and closing sales.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about using technology IT sales strategies and techniques and be able to work collaboratively with a team of engineers and project managers, to understand basic technical principles in IT, to understand of the Romanian Horeca market, fluency in business conversation and basic financial knowledge.

Day-to-day work

·      Knowing the level of excellence of all the company's products and services;

·      Prospecting the target market, approaching potential customers;

·      Identifying and generating new prospects (according to objectives);

·      Contacting prospects in order to obtain sales meetings;

·      Visiting to conduct sales interviews, identifying needs and offering suitable solutions;

·      Preparing and presenting demos for potential customers;

·       Knowing and applying the organization's specific sales procedures and standards;

·   Negotiating and completing the sales process according to the terms agreed with the customer, respecting existing procedures;

·   Maintaining the relationship with all customers in the personal portfolio, with a view to resale (account management).

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Very good English skills written and verbal (able to participate and communicate in meetings and teleconferences in English).

·      Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

·      Possesses strong organizational, energetic, and patient qualities.

·      Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·      Willingness to learn both technical and non-technical skills to enhance job performance

  • Ability to learn High level of commitment Coach-ability (invests time in personal development, receives feedback constructively)
