IT Security & System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled IT Security & System Administrator to ensure the secure, stable, and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, ERP environment, networks, and industrial applications supporting production processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and experienced in complex industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP & Database Administration

• Administer and maintain SAP Business One.
• Manage SAP SQL Server databases: backups, restores, performance tuning.
• Provide user support for ERP workflows and integrations.
• Administer Produmex PDC (SAP add-on) for production data entry.

2. Server & Infrastructure Management

• Administer Windows Server and Unix environments.
• Configure and maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO services.
• Apply and monitor security and stability updates.
• Monitor server performance and handle critical incidents.

3. IT Security & Networking

• Configure, maintain, and monitor firewalls.
• Administer LAN networks (DIGI): segmentation, VLANs, switches, IP management.
• Implement IT security policies and prevent cyber incidents.
• Monitor network traffic, logs, and detect anomalies.

5. Office 365 & User Management:

• Administer Office 365 licenses, accounts, and security policies (MFA, access, groups).
• Offer user support and troubleshooting.

6. IT Coordination & Continuous Improvement:

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate IT tasks and projects.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and production incidents.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and management teams.
• Coordinate external suppliers and manage SLA compliance.
• Identify opportunities for IT optimization, automation, and digital transformation.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
• Experience in industrial environments is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
• Windows Server & Unix administration.
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases.
• LAN network administration experience.
• Familiarity with industrial software connected to production equipment.
• Office 365 administration (licenses, security, policies).

• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
