Job DescriptionWe are searching for an IT-Security – Delivery Expert for our Digital Workplace-M365 & Authentication Department in Timisoara.As Delivery Expert will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and support of IT-Security systems.You should be able to demonstrate proficiency with the design, implementation and support of IT-Security systems and exhibit strong project management, change management, documentation and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesIdentification of risks and vulnerabilities in IT-systems and applications;Develop and update internal documentation and configuration items;Act as subject matter expert on projects and being accountable for the outcome of project;Implement approved technology changes following our standards and best practices;Identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to improve business processes and productivity;Provide Tier 2 support, troubleshooting and resolve reactive incidents and service requests escalated from service desk team.RequirementsBachelor Degree with preferable 5 years of technical experience in designing and implementing IT-Security systems;Direct experience with Privileged Access Management systems;Knowledge of artificial intelligence techniques and their practical implementation;Understanding load balancing principles, including high availability, redundancy, and traffic routing.Knowledge of email security gateways, filtering, and encryption technologies.Understanding endpoint security solutions (e.g., EDR/XDR) and Microsoft 365 security features, including identity protection, threat detection, and compliance.Proficient knowledge of Windows, Linux operating systems and IT networks;Fluent English speaker;Good communication, organizational and project management skills;Business oriented thought and action, problem solving skills and intercultural competences.BenefitsInitial training;Working in a multicultural global team;Career advancement opportunities.If you are an enthusiast person and you want to develop professionally in an international environment, please send us your application!All candidates that fit the profile will be contacted in maximum 3 weeks.
