You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Responding to technical support requests via phone or electronic channels and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Utilizing available resources to research and provide solutions
  • Advising users on appropriate actions and following standard help desk procedures
  • Managing help desk software by redirecting problems to the right resources when necessary
  • Identifying and prioritizing urgent situations, tracking and routing problems and requests
  • Recording solutions in the knowledge base and keeping documentation updated
  • Staying current with system information, updates, and changes


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrating a foundational understanding of Office 365 and common operating systems
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication
  • Exhibiting strong English language proficiency in both written and verbal interactions
  • Applying active listening skills to accurately identify and resolve user issues
  • Managing priorities effectively with strong time management and organizational abilities


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Holding a technical university background or equivalent education
  • Demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Showing strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems would be a plus
