Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IT Service Processes, you will help clients identify and address business challenges related to their IT application portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate the portfolio's technical and functional aspects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluate Client IT Portfolios: Analyze clients' IT application portfolios to identify areas for improvement, assessing both technical and functional aspects to inform recommendations for business transformation.
  • Develop Hypotheses and Test Conclusions: Formulate hypotheses based on analysis of clients' business issues and test conclusions to validate findings and inform strategic decisions.
  • Align Business Objectives and IT Processes: Collaborate with clients to align business objectives with IT processes and service measurements, driving maximum value through optimized IT service delivery.
  • Analyze IT Service Delivery Processes: Examine IT service delivery processes, SLAs, KPIs, and associated tools to identify opportunities for improvement and inform business transformation strategies.
  • Drive Value for Clients: Develop and implement solutions that drive maximum value for clients, leveraging expertise in IT service processes to achieve business objectives.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • IT Service Delivery Analysis: Experience with analyzing IT service delivery processes, including SLAs, KPIs, and associated tools, to identify areas for improvement and inform business transformation strategies.
  • Technical Portfolio Evaluation: Experience evaluating the technical and functional aspects of IT application portfolios to inform recommendations for business transformation.
  • Business Objective Alignment: Experience aligning business objectives with IT processes and service measurements to drive maximum value through optimized IT service delivery.
  • Hypothesis Development and Testing: Experience formulating hypotheses based on analysis of business issues and testing conclusions to validate findings and inform strategic decisions.
  • IT Process Optimization: Experience developing and implementing solutions that optimize IT service processes to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading a team of 5-7 Process Managers.
  • Owning service results towards the client in regular meetings such as Service Delivery Board and Service Level Review.
  • Strong background in any of the major ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Quality, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication in German

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • IT Service Management Tools: Experience with IT service management tools and technologies, leveraging knowledge of IT service delivery processes to analyze clients' business issues and develop effective solutions.
  • IT Application Portfolio Assessment: Experience assessing the technical and functional aspects of IT application portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and informing recommendations for business transformation.
  • Business Process Improvement Methodologies: Experience with business process improvement methodologies, applying knowledge of IT service processes to drive maximum value for clients through optimized IT service delivery.
