Core IT Infrastructure

• Administer and support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments.
• Manage LAN/WAN, IP networking services, routing/switching, and hardware infrastructure.
• Support and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP/SIP telephony systems.
• Provide software deployment, patching, and security updates for all managed devices.
• Ensure network and system security, including firewalls, VPN solutions, and endpoint protection.
• Administer and troubleshoot Hyper‑V virtualization environments.
• Handle high‑level incident resolution and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Manage corporate backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor systems, applications, and security tools to ensure ongoing performance and availability.

Operational Technology (OT) & Guest‑Facing Systems
Critical for daily operations at Therme Bucharest:

• Provide support, configuration, and maintenance for:
• POS systems and cash registers (restaurants, pool bars, lounges)
• Fiscal devices (fiscal printers and fiscal modules)
• RFID readers and wristband access systems
• Turnstiles, access gates, and automated entry/exit systems
• Self‑ordering kiosks and guest‑facing digital ordering stations

Collaborate with external vendors for upgrades, troubleshooting, integrations, and system rollouts.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of systems supporting F&B, Guest Services, Operations, and Front Office teams.
Organizational & Support Responsibilities
Participate in the design, planning, and deployment of IT infrastructure solutions within the facility.
Provide L2 (second‑line) technical support for internal users and operational departments.
Train and guide end‑users on relevant IT tools and operational systems.
