Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland, as well as Schwarz Production and PreZero. The Impact You Will create

• 2nd level support for the international purchasing systems department of Lidl Business IT (no on call, no calls, tickets are sent via ticket management tools)
• Problem root cause analysis & solution proposal
• Contact person for complex technical and functional problems and questions in regard to the PLM systems that arise during the daily business of the Lidl international purchasing department
• Ensuring system operation (maintenance work), performing system configuration and administration tasks as well as user administration
• Participation in project workshops (e.g. assisting the requirement gathering process for the new PLM with focus on defining of user acceptance cases)
• Creation and maintenance of system documentations
• Contact person for (new) team members (e.g. knowledge transfer and mentoring)

Experience And Skills You Will Need

• Very good written and spoken German (C1), good English skills
• Completed IT education (e.g. IT specialist, system electronics engineer, IT system manager (m/f/d) or several years of IT professional experience
• Experience in customer and user support
• Ability to work in a team, analytical thinking, good communication skills and service mentality
• Commitment and willingness to take responsibility and develop professionally and personally
