We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in supporting one of our esteemed clients. This role is onsite in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and requires immediate onboarding. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a technical interview, so strong hands-on experience with the listed technologies is essential.
Job Title: IT Support Engineer - Immediate Hiring
Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania
Work Mode: Onsite
Contract Duration: 1+ Year contract, extendable
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and software issues
- Perform OS imaging, device setup, and deployments
- Manage SCCM/Intune deployments
- Handle Active Directory / Azure AD user management
- Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow
- Support printers, industrial scanners, and AV solutions
- Deliver VIP / Executive support
- Ensure adherence to project and compliance standards
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Azure Active Directory
- ServiceNow
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems
- Printer & peripheral device management
- AV solution support
- Industrial scanner support
