Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Backup Support)

📍 Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania

📄 Duration: 1-Year Contract

📅 Need Engineer: 11-May-2026 to 22-May-2026

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and software/applications

• Work with OEM vendors for hardware replacement, repairs, and troubleshooting

• Provide EUC (End-User Computing) support

• Manage IT inventory and assets

• Perform imaging of laptops and desktops

• Handle printer installation and management

• Assist with conference room setup and vendor coordination

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services

• Support mobile devices and non-PC equipment such as scanners and printers

• Provide VIP support and manage AV/conferencing technologies

• Install and manage network/shared printers

• Provide Office 365 support

• Handle compliance software installation and troubleshooting

• Maintain strong communication with users and stakeholders

• Basic networking knowledge including DHCP and DNS

• Coordinate with vendors and assist in procurement

• Support macOS devices

• Adhere strictly to SLA requirements

• Support meetings, events, and after-hours activities

• Document incidents, problems, and resolutions

• Candidate should have strong desktop support experience
