Right across the Pipera metro station, the Samsung Shared Services Centre Europe, established in 2016 in Bucharest (Romania) covers Financial, Customer Service and HR processes for Samsung subsidiaries across Europe.

Role And Responsibilities
What is the role about?
As an IT Support, you will mainly offer support for IT processes in the center, from basic to complex ones as detailed below:

• Installing/reinstalling/troubleshooting company laptops and devices;
• Providing support and training for Samsung - specific applications and tools
• Diagnosing and resolving a wide variety of problems, from software to hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintaining accurate records of IT hardware and software assets, and user accounts.
• Ensuring a stable supply of consumable IT stock (e.g., peripherals, cables, accessories).
• Assisting with onboarding of new employees from an IT perspective (e.g., setting up devices and access permissions)
  

Your skills:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or help desk environment (internships or equivalent practical experience may also be considered)
• Strong knowledge of Windows PC operation and configuration.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and connectivity support
• Proactive problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• English level - advanced
